This machine is used for the production of inner and outer ring used
for spiral wound gasket. The productive cost could be reduced 60% than lathe
while using this machine for producing the outer and inner ringThe
mini dimension of ring with 4" and max dimension of ring with 118"
could be produced by this machine. This machine could produce 30-35 pieces of
gasket per hour.
This machine is the main equipment in the production line for graphite
sheet reinforced with SS and graphite gasket reinforced with SS. The graphite
sheet could be composite without bond by rolling with metallic sheet after perforation.The basis structure of machine includes a team of roller with same parameter
and contrary rolling direction. The bottom roller is fixed on the
level, the power provided by motor, speed reducer and driving shaft, the top
roller is placed in the upright and rectangular track of the machine, and could
move upward and downward and adjust the space between with two rollers by hand
wheel and shaft, there is a team of meshed gear installed in the same side of
the machine with same parameter for obtaining the movement with same rotate
speed and contrary direction. The materials could be put into the space between
with two rollers from the plate for placement for materials as per the gradation
flexible graphite sheet-perforated metallic sheet-flexible graphite sheet, after
rolled; the composite graphite sheet will fall into the worktable for placement
of finished items.
This machine is one of the main equipments for production of graphite
sheet reinforced with stainless steel. The meshed metallic sheet lined in the
graphite sheet produced by this machine. The main function of this machine is
perforating the metallic sheet with stated parameter at two surfaces. The surface
of the perforated metallic sheet is symmetrical and flat.
This machine is used for the production of concave and protruding of
inner and outer ring for spiral wound gasket. It is mainly used for the production
of reinforced ring with large diameter. This machine could produce 50-55 pieces
of gasket per hour.
This machine is mainly used in cutting the stainless steel strip (SS304,
SS316, SS316L etc.) that used in spiral wound gasket as materials. The metallic
tape with the thickness of 0.1-0.25mm could be cut by this machine. The finished
tape could be rolled in the bobbin automatically. This machine could cut 20-25
KGS of metallic tape per hour. Only one worker will be needed to operate this
machine.
This machine consists of framework, motor, speed reducer, gear, two teams
of rolling knife, the plate for coming into the materials steel strip. The set
for receiving the cutting steel strip automatically consists of electromagnetic
damper, adjustor of voltage of electromagnetic damper, bracket for placement
of bobbin, bobbin for receiving cutting steel strip.
Rolling knife consists of two teams of mutually inbuilt rolling knife that parallel
on the axes, each team of rolling knife including the cricoid knife, the patch
for padding the knife, polyester gasket installed on the shaft and the two side
of rolling knife are fixed by nuts. The shafts of two teams of rolling knife
are connected with the framework of machine through the rectangular track of
the basic section of bearing apart, two teams of rolling knife are connected
with gear box. The two teams of rolling knife could rolling cut, because of
the physical characteristic with compressibility and recovery of polyester gasket,
the flat steel strip could be cut and flip for guaranteeing the flatness of
steel strip. There is a plate for coming into the materials steel strip, the
direction of materials could be guided.
The automatic receipt of cutting steel strip indicates the receipt of cutting
steel strip and the cutting procedure of steel strip could be operated at same
time and same girth through the adjustment of voltage of electromagnetic damper
and the change for resistance of electromagnetic damper.
This machine is mainly used in cutting the non-metallic strip that used in
spiral wound gasket as materials. This machine could cut graphite tape, PTFE
tape, asbestos etc. The finished tape could be rolled in the bobbin automatically.
This machine could cut 4-5 KGS of graphite tape per hour. Only one worker will
be needed to operate this machine.
This machine is one of the accessorial equipments for braiding packing,
and used for formed the packing with anomalistic section braided by packing
braider, the packing with standard square section will be formed by this machine
as per the relative specification. The packing with section of 3X3mm to 50X50mm
could be formed by this machine. The formed packing could be received automatically.
This machine is one of the special equipments for winding yarn in production
of braided packing. It's mainly used for winding the materials yarn to the spindle
in convenience of braiding packing with packing braider. As per the different
requirement for braiding, different specification of materials yarn could be
winded on the spindle. Three spindles could operate by this machine at same
time, this procedure could also be made separately. The thickness, length, density
of materials yarn winded on the spindle by this machine could be adjusted; the
materials yarn would not be out of order in this procedure. After winding, the
machine could be off automatically.
This machine is one of the special equipments for production of graphite
gasket reinforced with stainless steel. The flat steel strip with stated parameter
could be formed the one with trapeziform and contrary trapeziform section suitable
for the inner/outer ring of graphite gasket reinforced with SS through the concavo-convex
formed wheel with same parameter.
This machine could be used for shaping the metallic strip with V or W
shape and also could produce spiral wound gasket. The mini dimension of gasket
with 1/2" and max dimension of gasket with 8" could be produced by
this machine. The productive speed and dimension of gasket could be controlled.
This machine is equipped with the automatic controller and digital display.
This machine could produce 40-50 KGS of finished metallic strip and 40-50 pieces
of gasket (for example 8") per hour.
