Windsor Industrial Services was established in 1989 when its main objective was servicing overhead cranes and material handling equipment. Through the years we have expanded to manufacturing as well as service. Windsor Industrial Services consists of two main facilities of manufacturing / warehouse space.  One facility houses the laser cutting operation while the other the fabrication, machining, painting and assembly.  These facilities are fully air-conditioned and are completely covered by overhead cranes. We also have access to several buildings for warehousing of materials and products. Windsor Industrial Services has a work force that varies between 80 to 100 employees, most of whom are skilled, with annual sales of $10,000,000. Windsor Industrial Services is an ISO 9001:2000 registered company.  In the calendar year 2000, our company manufactured more than 6 kilometers of conveying systems. Some of the recent projects we have worked on: General Motors - Wilmington Delaware, Ramos Mexico, Oklahoma, Lansing, Michigan, Shreveport Louisiana and Arlington Texas. Chrysler Corporation - Windsor Assembly Mini-Van Plant, Toledo Ohio Cherokee Plant, St. Louis Missouri Mini-Van Plant. This work consisted of the mechanical manufacturing and assembly, installing drives and electrical components. 2006 saw the opening of Windsor Powder Coat as another member of the group of companies that WIS is a member of.
