Our journey began in the Jute arena over 100 years ago, where in our ancestors were engaged as agents for various jute mills and then as merchant exporters of conventional jute products.

In order to pursue the family tradition, having an experience in the trade of Jute, we decided to start, a&b Corp whose main motto is, "Manufacture and Export bags in diversified and innovative fashion." We are dedicated to the development of products which work to further eradicate plastic pollution. These products are bio-degradable and exceptionally durable.

Today, we are engaged in the export of a large variety of Shopping, Promotional, Wine Bottle, Gift, Souvenir and other Occasional Bags made from Jute (Burlap), Paper and Cotton. These bags are created with traditional & trendy designs and looks, to cater to both conventional and innovative applications like Trade Promotion and other Image Building quests.

JUTE YARN

This is available from 4 lbs. to 48 lbs. in single or multiple twists, in accordance with the quality requirement of customers. This is generally winded in cylindrical / conical / cone less spools or hanks as per requirement. Jute Yarn is largely used in the carpet industry, cable industry and for many other uses and are available in bleached, dyed, and blended jute yarn in different colours and compositions.

JUTE WEBBING

This is a narrow weave tape made of jute using single or plied jute yarn having width of not more than 6". Jute webbing is a strong, narrow, closely woven fabric used mainly in the Cable Industry, as binding tapes for the carpets and especially for seat belts and harnesses or in upholstery.

JUTE HESSIAN BAGS

Also known as Burlap Bags are used in agro - based industries for packing Tobacco, Tea, Coffee, Potatoes, Onions, Wool, Wheat, Rice, Pulses, Cocoa, Peanuts, Shell nuts, Hazelnuts etc. and also as Sand Bags, with tie - string, for packing Sand and other coarse particles. These bags can be lined with HDPE / LDPE liners and Extrusion Coating as well and are produced in tailor made sizes / weights. Few other standard qualities of Jute Bags include B. Twills, Binolas, Hy. Cees, D. W. Flour Bags, etc.

JUTE HESSIAN CLOTH ALSO CALLED BURLAP CLOTH

This is a finer quality jute fabric that has been long used as the most preferred packaging material for all kinds of goods and is available in weights not more than 427 grms/m2 (4 Oz to 14 Oz) in weight. Jute Cloth is available in a maximum width of 200 cm and is packed either in bales or in rolls. These are also available in dyed, or bleached form and treated with vegetable oil, Burlap meets the latest international standards for food safety.

JUTE GEOTEXTILES AND SOIL SAVERS

These are flexible, foldable, not very biodegradable, and water-resistant in nature, particularly suitable for rain-fed, flood-prone climatic conditions. They can be used as geo-technical engineering products like fibre drains, separators, filters and reinforcing materials. Jute Hessian (Burlap) matting is extensively used in controlling soil erosion and usually laid along the river embankments, sides, canal banks and hill slopes helping to stop erosion damage. It also acts as an aid to good vegetation growth on difficult terrain. They are also called Erosion Control Matting. They are supplied in large quantities, throughout the world.
